Presented in partnership with ICF-accredited Urban Excellence Coach Academy, Urban Enterprise's Christian Coaching Academy℠ is a comprehensive, experiential coach training program designed to prepare participants to become highly skilled, ethical, and effective Christian life and leadership coaches. Grounded in biblical truth and professional coaching principles, the Academy equips students to coach with clarity, integrity, compassion, and spiritual discernment.

Recognized for excellence in Christ-centered coach education, Urban Enterprise's Christian Coaching Academy helps emerging and established leaders develop the mindset, tools, and confidence needed to support others in living out their calling, strengthening their faith, and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives and communities.

This workshop helps believers understand what Jesus meant when He said we would do “greater works” (John 14:12) — and how that promise connects to the gifts God has placed in us. Together, we’ll explore how faith, obedience, and everyday service come together in real life.

Participants will identify their talents, strengths, and spiritual gifts, and learn practical ways to use them to bless their church, neighborhoods, and broader community. Clear, biblical, and encouraging, this session helps believers see that “greater works” aren’t about ego or comparison — they’re about availability, stewardship, and saying yes to God’s call to serve others.
