The Nonprofit Leadership Academy℠ equips nonprofit founders and leaders with the skills, structure, and support needed to build sustainable, mission-driven organizations. Through practical training and leadership coaching, participants learn to strengthen programs, secure funding, maintain compliance, and lead with clarity and confidence—turning vision into measurable community impact.

Urban Business Academy℠ is a 12-week, hands-on entrepreneurship training experience designed to equip aspiring and current business owners with the tools, mentorship, and community support needed to launch and grow sustainable ventures. Built with financially under-resourced entrepreneurs in mind—including educators, first responders, and service workers—the program blends practical instruction with real-world application to strengthen both business skills and confidence.

Urban Enterprise Coaches℠ receive rigorous training through the Urban Excellence Coach Academy, an ICF-accredited program recognized as the gold standard in professional coaching worldwide. Participants are trained to build profitable, sustainable coaching practices, while those who commit to joining the Urban Enterprise Coaching Corps or providing services in socioeconomically challenged communities may receive partial scholarships, aligning professional excellence with meaningful community impact.
