Our Distinctive Approach

1. Study at an ICF Level One Accredited Coaching Academy
   The Urban Excellence Coaching Academy is a Level 1 coach training program that's accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), which is the "gold standard" for coach accreditation worldwide.
   
   
2. Learn from experienced, certified and credentialed coaches
   Urban Excellence is led by a credentialed ICF Professional Certified Coaches, a team of staff and mentor coaches who have a combined 30 years of experience in the transformational training/personal growth and development fields.
   
   
3. Access courses from anywhere live online via Zoom
   Urban Excellence Coach Academy classes may be accessed from anywhere internet access is available. Classes may be views live online and are archived for viewing later.
   
   
4. Receive Ongoing Professional Development and Resources
   Build your coaching practice and career through state of the art coaching business and professional development resources, coaching and community.
   
   
5. Build Your ICF Coaching Hours Portfolio
   Build your ICF coaching hours portfolio by participating in the Urban Excellence Community Coaching Corps by providing "coaching on a sliding scale" for persons in socioeconomically-challenged communities.
